HOW TO CHANGE IP AFTER EVERY 10 SECONDS (TESTED)
HOW TO CHANGE YOUR IP ADDRESS
1 : DOWNLOAD IP CHANGER
FROM HERE : http://bitigee.com/23sM
2: download and extract the rar file and run ip changer
3: start tor by right clicking start tor tab
4: click now change ip
5 : chrome setting > open port setting >LAN setting> check use a proxy server > put 127.0.0.1 ip and port 9050 and ok
THATS IT !!! Now ip changer will work
